175 meters from the beach. 3.5 km from the village of San Ferran and 9 km from the port. In the immediate vicinity, within 150 meters, we have supermarkets., cafes restaurants, 3 rentals of all types of vehicles, telephone box and public bus stop. Estel apartments are approximately 150 meters from the Meridium
Exterior Features
Single building with ground floor and first floor consists of 9 studios with terraces, 5 in the ground floor with access to garden and outdoor furniture under trees or umbrellas, overlooking the pine forest, and 4 at the top, with Sea View. These last ones are Studies from 6 to 9, having both the 6th and 9th the highest terraces with large umbrellas, with their own staircase down as shown in the photographs.
Turistic Distinctive as modernized and totally refurbished. Mosquito nets in the windows. Self-designed outdoor furniture. Private parking with ample grounds around the apartments
Interior Features
All are studies for two, with single beds, with the exception of study number 6 with a double bed. All beds are 2 meters long. Ability to add a single cot. There are bed and bath linen (sheets, towels, pillows and blankets, also for the Cots, 110cm long). Silent air conditioning (cold, heat, dehumidifier).
Bathroom and kitchen in each study. The kitchen is equipped with vitroceramic, medium sized fridge, microwave, extractor fan, coffee maker, dishes, glasses, cutlery and all kinds of pots suitable for cooking. 21-inch television with Spanish and foreign channels with remote control.
Luggage storage and safe in each apartment. Hot water and drinkable water from Formentera´s Water System.
IMPORTANT
You can´t introduce any metal object in the microwave, otherwise it would explode and we would have to chrage for misuse.
Any pot used with the Vitroceramic should be suitable for it. Please take caution, if you normally bring your own pot for different purposes, coffe, Baby feeding, etc, as other kind of kitchen objects can damage the kitchen fires.
Although tap water is drinkable, it is quite salty to drink. We recommend buying bottled just for this purpose.
Customers are advised that the company is not responsible for the thefts that take place both by leaving windows or doors open or leave outside any object apartments
