CHARGES
As we are not interested very short stocks, there are following surcharges:
In august::
18% surcharge in a 4 nights reservation.
41% “ 3 “
July and from 1st to 16th september::
25% surcharge in a 3 nights reservation, in case that the reservation includes friday or saturday.
Any time you can add a single bed with surcharge of 20%. If the client comeswith a child, despite not need crib, also will be charged for the additional 20% surcharge.
For ages 3 years and adults, the law allows us to add or folding beds or camp beds. Our studies are for couples or groups of 2.
PREPAID TO MAKE THE RESERVATION ON LINE
40% as stated in Article 11 of the existing law apartments
CANCELLATION OF RESERVATIONS
The cancellations will always refer to 40% of the total amount of the reservation made by the client, which is the prepayment.
- If cancellation is before 1 month of the arrival date will be returned 95% (That 40%)
- If the cancellation occurs between 1 month and 1 week, will be refunded 50% (of the 40%)
- If cancellation is less than 1 week, we will keep the full payment (40%)
